ICT specialty is one of the most important local market requirements in modern era as the new growing challenges all over the world need advanced skills to cover modern industry requirements based on using computers and digital techniques.

Computer systems, applications and techniques are involved in all aspects of life. So the need of trained professionals on computer applications is essential to keep up the informational revolution and fill work market demands.

Information and Communication Technology Dept. Consists of different sets of curriculums to cover different computer applications , it contains of programming and researching applications sets as well that aim to solve local market real problems. This department enables students to acquire the needed knowledge and skills in order to be able to analyze, develop and program ICT systems in any organization and governmental or private authorities.

  1. Enhancement of problem solving ability based on creative thinking and basic engineering knowledge.
  2. Strengthen design and analysis capability on Information and Communication technology.

    an ability to apply the technology such as math, basic science, computer, and basic engineering to various engineering technology problems in the field of ICT.

    an ability to plan and perform experiments and practices and to use the results to the solution of basic engineering technology problems in the field of ICT.
  3. PO3 Data Search:
    an ability to choose the proper data needed for implementation of basic engineering technology problems in the field of ICT, and to derive the utilization plan from the data.

    an ability to select and utilize new technology and tools needed to implement basic engineering problems in the field of ICT.

    an ability to design basic engineering problems in the field of ICT under realistic constraints.
