Dr. Jean-Henry Hanna, President of Beni Suef Technological University, received a delegation of Aspire to discuss cooperation in the field of developing students’ skills, through the University Center for Professional Development UCCD, in the presence of Dr. Ali Abdel Tawab, Dean of the Egyptian-Korean College of Industry and Energy Technology and members of the center.
The discussions of the meeting focused on reviewing the types of trainings needed for university students in order to qualify graduates to meet the requirements of the labor market. The cooperation comes within the framework of the strategy of the university and the University Center for Career Development UCCD to contribute to building bridges of cooperation with major companies in the field of training to develop students’ capabilities to keep pace with the requirements of the local, regional and international labor market.
After the meeting, workshops were organized for students of various study programs, including introductory lectures about the company and the training programs available to them, in addition to assessing students’ skills in communication, teamwork and problem solving. As well as guiding students and encouraging them to collaborate, actively participate and enhance teamwork by creating an encouraging and supportive learning environment.
