Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shoukr Nada, President of Bani Swief Technological University, directed development of functional performance during his meeting with the faculty members, teaching assistants, and staff.
The University President stressed that the University’s administration pays great attention to the University’s organizational and functional structure as it is of great importance that contributes to achieving the university’s vision and strategic plan towards digital transformation, better use of resources and achieving harmony and consistency between the various administrative units.
Prof. Dr. Nada explained that the organizational and functional structure is undergoing radical updates whose positive role will be reflected in improving administrative and functional performance and facilitating and improving performance measurement processes, in addition to arranging and specifying relations, raising productivity, organizing relations at work, facilitating communication between different departments and working on creating new departments that are in line with the rules of the Technological University, which helps in institutional development and the development of talents and capabilities.
