Dr. Jan Henri Hanna, President of Beni Suef Technological University, participated in an initiative entitled “Creativity is Your Way to Success” in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the ‘Digital World’ newspaper to spread the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship and develop digital skills for students.
The initiative aims to communicate between scholars and specialists in the fields of engineering, science and technology on the one hand, and technological labor markets on the other hand, as an attempt to bridge the existing gap between the two parties, and to direct university and faculty students towards determining the correct course of action and developing their digital skills in line with the needs of labor markets and the future new jobs and the digital skills it requires, in addition to spreading the culture of technological innovation and entrepreneurship among university students.
For his part, the President of the University pointed out that the state is interested in digital transformation and preparing human cadres in various technological fields, which contributes to providing new job opportunities for young people and empowering them with the skills required for the future, stressing that achieving progress and prosperity requires employing advanced technology and developing the skills necessary to benefit from it.
Dr. Jan explained that Beni Suef Technological University seeks to provide a modern and distinguished educational environment that develops digital and technical skills, and enhances technological education, to help young people to keep pace with rapid developments in the world of work.
