Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shoukr Nada, President of Bani Swief Technological University, the University participated in the introductory symposium for the Community Colleges Program presented by “Fulbright Egypt”. The majority of the attendees were from the University, as it included about 42% of the total number of the faculty’s staff in the University.
The attendance rate from Bani Swief Technological University in the symposium was around 85%.
The president of the university urged both the academic and administrative members on the importance of registering in the grants that the university works to provide to raise the efficiency of the academic and administrative work towards benefiting from the experiences provided by it, demanding for working to continuously raise the level of the university to provide a model for Egyptian universities to look up to.
It is worth mentioning that the Technical Institutes and Community Colleges Program for administrative positions provided by Fulbright Egypt is a five-week study program offered to the Egyptian officials working on higher education planning, and administrators from professional and technical institutions in Egypt.
