In light of the work schedule of the Office for the Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes for this year 2021, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that the Coordination Office will start its work immediately after the completion of the Egyptian high school exams by organizing aptitude tests for students who wish to join the Egyptian-Korean Faculty of Technological Industry and Energy in Bani Swief Technological University. Admission to the university requires passing the aptitude tests in accordance with the conditions and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.

In order to make it easier for students and within the framework of the e-government system supported by the state in all its agencies, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for students to register for the aptitude tests electronically through the electronic coordination website: www.tansik.egypt.gov on the Internet, from Saturday 7/8/2021 to Thursday 19/8/2021.

Online registration steps for the aptitude tests:

  1. The student accesses the electronic coordination website shown above and then enters the registration page for the aptitude tests on the website.
  2. The student starts to register for the aptitude tests using his/her national number and seating number.
  3. The student’s personal data appears in front of him/her which includes (seating number – student’s name – national number – governorate – student’s Department of Education – school – division studied by the student “scientific – mathematical – literary”). The student must ensure that the data recorded on the website is valid.
  4. A list of the available types of aptitude tests appears to the student as well as the colleges and places designated for performing these tests and the deadlines.
  5. The student selects the type of abilities and dates then the date of his/her test will be determined.
  6. After the student completes the registration, the student prints a form that includes the types of abilities that he expressed interest in performing, the dates and places for performing the test in the faculties that the student registered for on the electronic coordination website.
  7. The college is committed to holding the aptitude tests on the specified dates.
  8. The college is also committed to sending and entering the test results directly through the college’s page on the electronic coordination website for all students who toke these exams and passed after making sure that the seating number and the student’s name are correct, in order to avoid any mistakes in the results.
  9. The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of students who have passed these tests to be nominated according to. The college is completely responsible for these results within the allocated time as no other results will be considered after closing the electronic coordination site for registration for these tests.
  10. Tests are held on the scheduled dates once for each type of abilities. A student who fails is not allowed to take aptitude tests again, whether in the same college or in another college. Any paper statement with the result of the aptitude tests given by any college will not be considered in order to ensure transparency with students.

Required papers when performing the tests at the college:

  1. The student’s seating number in high school and a copy of it for each of the aptitude tests he wishes to take.
  2. One (1) personal photo for each test.

Important note:

This stage is only for Egyptian high school students. The dates for holding aptitude tests for students who have equivalent certificates (Arab – foreign) and diplomas of industrial technical institutes and industrial technical schools of (3, 5) years system will be announced later in light of the conditions and rules of admission after the results of these students appear.
