In the framework of the directives of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in implementation of the decisions of the Council of Ministers to follow the precautionary measures to confront the Corona virus, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shoukr Nada, President of Bani Swief Technological University directed to apply the necessary precautionary measures to prevent the emerging corona virus during the first semester exams. He also followed up on the sterilization and disinfection of exam halls and laboratories in the University before the entering of the students. Thermal detectors, chlorine, and necessary disinfectants were used. Social distancing measures inside exam halls were also taken into account. In addition to, it was emphasized that students must wear masks and use disinfectants for their safety, according to regulations. These measures come to limit the spread of the Corona virus.
The University President confirmed that the University is preparing to hold the exams for the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022, while taking the necessary precautionary measures to avoid infection with the Corona virus, explaining that the exams will be held for the existing scientific programs at the University; Mechatronics, Auototronics, Information Technology, New and Renewable Energy, and Prosthetics and Orthotics. He as well extended his best wishes and luck to the students.
The Preparing and Organizing Committee of the Exams had completed preparing the necessary places to hold the exams in addition to sterilizing them. It had as well prepared statistical data on the number of students in each program, lists of students’ names, seating numbers, and note tables.
