This morning, Dr. Sayed Abdel Qader, President of Bani-Swief Technological University, accompanied by Dr. Mohamed Kaid, Dean of the College, followed up on the running of the second semester exams at the Egyptian-Korean Faculty of Technological Industry and Energy to ensure that all students are provided with all means of comfort in the examination halls to perform their exams.
The president of the university was assured that the examination process went well, and that all precautionary and preventive measures were taken in the examination halls to prevent Corona virus. He praised the role of the college’s administration in achieving discipline during the conduct of the exams, and providing all means for students to perform their exams.
Abdel Qader pointed out that the university earlier prepared a comprehensive plan for holding the second semester exams, explaining that precautionary controls and procedures were put to preserve the safety of all participants in the examination process, including controls related to the rules of entering and exiting from the college and exam halls, allocating rooms for isolation and equipping the medical clinic and correction and control halls, and rules for oral and practical exams.
The president of the university also followed up on the implementation of the controls of apologizing for performing the exams, in addition to ensuring that the examination halls meet the precautionary measures set, in terms of ventilation, social distancing and safety, stressing the importance of wearing face masks, and leaving enough time between exams to make it easier for students.
He added that a medical committee has been formed to prevent and control the infection in the examination halls, and the committee undertakes the health supervision in all examination halls at the university, and takes all necessities to ensure the safety of students and faculty staff from the infection with Corona virus during the examination period.
