“Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ali Morad”

Vice President of Beni Suef Technological University for Education and Student Affairs

  Dr. Mohamed Morad currently serves as the Vice President of Beni Suef Technological University for Education and Student Affairs. He previously served as the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Engineering, Minia University, for three years (2022–2024), and as Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering for two years (2016–2017).

   Dr. Morad earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, Germany (2004). He also received a postdoctoral research scholarship from the Ministry of Science of Saxony, Germany, and conducted a research project at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart.

    Dr. Morad has contributed to numerous scientific studies, focusing on alternative fuels, energy applications in vehicles, and the performance of unconventional vehicles, with over 60 scientific papers published in reputable international journals and conferences. He has supervised more than 10 Master’s and Ph.D. theses and actively participated in several international and local conferences.

He organized the Minia International Conference on Environment and Engineering (MICEE) for the 2022 and 2024 sessions, serving as the Executive Director of the conference, and acted as Editor-in-Chief of the JAET Journal issued by the Faculty of Engineering, Minia University, during 2022–2024. Additionally, he contributed to community and environmental service by providing technical consultancy to specialized companies and factories in electric vehicle design, engineering machinery, and vehicle performance analysis and evaluation.
