Dr. Ali Abdel Tawab, Dean of the Egyptian-Korean College of Industry and Energy Technology, received Brigadier General Mohamed Samir Ammar, Military Advisor to Beni Suef Governorate. This was within the framework of his visit to the university to inspect the third course of military education in the presence of Colonel Staff Ahmed Mustafa, commander of the current military education course at the university, Captain Muhammad Ali, Mr. Mustafa Hassan, Secretary General of the University, and Mr. Ayman Zain, Director of the Faculty.
The visit comes to check on the regularity of military education courses and to stand on the training program and develop it in line with increasing the horizons of knowledge, increasing awareness and developing the spirit of loyalty and belonging. It aims to educate students about the role played by the state in achieving the sustainable development goals through Egypt’s Vision 2030.
During the visit, the military advisor inspected the university’s academic laboratories to see the distinguished technical and technological capabilities that keep pace with the requirements of the labor market. He praised the role played by Beni Suef Technological University in promoting technological education. He explained that the political leadership pays great attention to the role of universities in order to promote the values of loyalty and belonging to the homeland. He also stressed the role of the university and the mission it provides for development and serving the people of Beni Suef Governorate.
For his part, Dr. Jan stressed the university’s permanent readiness to provide full support for the efforts of the Popular and Military Defense Forces in achieving the state’s development goals in the economic, social and cultural fields and protecting the homeland from any risks.
The President of the University pointed to the importance of cooperation and coordination with the military institution and the university to implement the military education curriculum and spread the culture of belonging and loyalty to the homeland among students, in accordance with the rules determined by the Ministry of Defense.
