In the context of regular meetings to monitor operations and all administrative affairs at the university, Dr. Jan Henri Hanna, the President of Beni Suef Technological University, held a meeting with several members of the administrative staff. The meeting was attended by Mr. Moustafa Hassan Motawalli, the university’s Secretary-General.
The meeting addressed the current administrative situations within the university, examining the workflow procedures, discussing previous achievements and future plans, and responding to the concerns and inquiries of the employees. Dr. Jan emphasized that the university operates according to a purposeful action plan at all levels, aligning with Egypt’s vision for comprehensive sustainable development. He highlighted the importance of everyone’s collaboration, teamwork, and collective efforts to enhance and develop the university for the common good.
The university president also affirmed his commitment to supporting the administrative staff through all available legal means and seeking solutions within the general framework of the Civil Service Law and University Organization Law. Dr. Jan stressed the importance of adhering to safety and professional quality standards to ensure the well-being of the staff. He emphasized the application of occupational safety rules across the university units.
