Dr. Jan Henri Hanna, President of Beni Suef University, opened an exhibition for ready-made clothing at discounted prices organized by the Equal Opportunities Committee in cooperation with the Emesa Denim Clothing Factory, accompanied by Dr. Ali Abdel Tawab, Dean of the Egyptian-Korean Faculty of Technological Industry and Energy, and Mr. Mustafa Hassan, Secretary-General of the University.
During his inspection of the exhibition, the university president stressed that the prices of the exhibits should be reduced in comparison to the external market in a way that suits the capabilities of students and workers, as agreed upon with Emesa.
The university president pointed out that the exhibition comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to support social solidarity and reduce the financial burdens on them and their parents, by providing clothes at discounted prices for students.
It is worth noting that Beni Suef Technological University signed a joint cooperation protocol with Emesa Denim clothing factory aimed at preparing new generations of graduates familiar with the various global methods of manufacturing, in addition to preparing technologists who have the ability to continue education and Join the labor market.
The protocol also aims to provide technical support and administrative consultations in the field of education and training, prepare studies on the labor market and its needs, facilitate field visits for students during the academic year, facilitate field training for students during the mid-year and summer vacation, facilitate training for graduates, in addition to holding annual workshops for students about the industry and the modern technologies used.
