Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Khedr, the President of Beni-Suef Technological University, witnessed the recreational day activities for students and staff organized by the Youth Welfare Administration. This comes as part of the university’s interest in student activities that contribute to students’ relaxation, create a joyful atmosphere, and renew positive energy.
As soon as he arrived, the students held an honorary parade to honor and appreciate Dr. Khedr for his achievements that have contributed to the university’s progress and advancement in all fields and sectors since he took office as the university’s president.
The activities included various sports games such as football, basketball, volleyball, and table tennis, as well as some entertainment games such as chess, dominos, tug of war, and puzzle competitions. There was also a musical performance, and the university president participated in the football and basketball matches. At the end of the day, Dr. Khedr presented cups to the winners of the various competitions.
Dr. Khedr emphasized that the university’s priorities are to prepare qualified cadres and enhance students’ efficiency through competitions to search for talented students and train them. He stated that the university is interested in student activities, which have many student talents in various scientific, artistic, sports, and cultural fields. He called for intensifying student activities, competitions, and awareness programs to develop and refine students’ skills and support their competitive spirit.
