Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Khedr, the President of Beni-Suef Technological University, received Major General Adham Mohamed El-Fateh, the Head of the Administrative Control Authority Office in Beni Suef, and Major Mohamed Yassin, the Deputy Head of the Authority’s Office in the governorate, to discuss cooperation, exchange views, and explore the role of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2030/2023. This meeting took place as part of the celebration of the International Anti-Corruption Day.
During the meeting, Major General Adham El-Fateh congratulated Dr. Mohamed Khedr on his appointment as the acting President of Beni-Suef Technological University, wishing him success and prosperity in advancing technological education.
The University President expressed his delight with the visit and praised the role played by the Administrative Control Authority in combating corruption. He emphasized Egypt’s efforts to achieve sustainable development goals through the Egypt Vision 2030, aiming to boost economic growth. He firmly believed that eradicating corruption is key to attracting investments and ensuring the success of the economic reform system. Egypt has successfully confronted and combated corruption in its various forms through an anti-corruption strategy that upholds principles of accountability and responsibility without any bias or discrimination. The strategy sends a strong message that fighting and preventing corruption is a shared responsibility among all state authorities and society. It also ensures citizens’ right to be informed about the results and efforts made in implementing the strategy and monitoring its progress.
